What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Will be any updates for the e-book?
Yes, I plan to update the book and add new content. Initially I plan on updating it twice a year. So if you have any suggestion for new content, what would you like to hear about let me know here.
How much the updates will cost?
For registered users the updates will be free. I will notify you by e-mail when new or updated versions will become available.
What is your refund policy?
Exchange in abundance is our guiding policy. We strive to give you more than what you paid for, or at least a very good value for your money. But if you feel that the e-book is not up to your expectations, we will be happy to give your money back within 30 days.
Please note that in order to avoid fraudulous refunds (using the old practice of asking for a refund and then keeping the software product) your e-book can and will be disabled from our server. Because the e-book will randomly check validity of the registration codes on our servers, it will become unoperational.
About the e-book registration
How long it takes to receive my unlock codes?
It shouldn't take more than a few minutes. The unlock codes are e-mailed to you automatically right after the successful checkout process. You wil receive a username and password so you can ublock your e-book. Please check your junk mail filters so your confimation e-mail won't be lost.
How the e-book registration process work?
You will be receiving by e-mail a username and password. Upon first opening the e-book and entering the username and password the e-book will check back to our servers, verify the the validity of the codes. After successful registration you can use the e-book offline as well.
Can I share my e-book registration codes with my friends?
Just like with any other software, keep your registration codes in a safe place. The ebook has built-in safety features to prevent unathorized code sharing. Thus a user name and a password combination can only be registered to one user at a time.
Can I use the e-book on more than one computer?
Yes. You can use the ebook on your main computer and on a portable conputer such as a laptop.
Do I have to be connected to the internet to use your e-book?
No, except for the first time you open the e-book. When opening the e-book for the first time you will be prompted to enter your usename and password to unlock (register) it. Upon successful unlock you do not have to be connected to internet any more. The e-book will occasionally later ask you to be connected to the internet in order to check the validity of the registration codes.
What if I lost my registration code?
Let me know, and will e-mail it to you.
I got the error message: "There are no available registrations remaining". What to do?
Your e-book has already been registered on 2 computers. Un-register a copy from within the e-book, then re-register the e-book on the new computer using the same registration code.
