Hope you found the information on this site useful. I would have loved to have this information available to me many years ago, when I got started in America. Lack of this information over the years cost me not only a lot of money I could have saved, but also cost me many-many hours in lost time, trying to figure things out by myself, doing things the wrong way.
When you get started in a country, in a different culture you will do mistakes. Some of them will be little things, like not knowing some customs and people will just frown upon you. Other things will hurt your budget, e.g. you will pay a lot more money for car insurance because you don't know what discounts you are entitled to, so you won't ask for discounts. Or you could have saved several hundreds of dollars in immigration fees if you would have been more informed on how to negotiate a better deal with your immigration attorney. These are just a few examples, but you probably heard this maxim before: "There ain't free lunch", which means you will pay the price for these mistakes, either in lost time, or money, or both.
At this point you can do 2 things:
-
Try to figure things out of your own, the harder way
-
Do the easier and far cheaper way by investing $20 in this book. Do the math: even working at McDonalds at minimum wage, which is about $6/hr, you still can "afford" this book in less than half a day of your salary. Digging out from the internet the information contained in the book would take you tens or hundreds of hours, and you couldn't get it all.
Anyway, here is what you would get. As I mentioned earlier, you will get 45 new chapters.
